Students may not possess cell phones at Valley Elementary School. Students violating this regulation will have their phone turned over to the principal. The phone may be picked up at the end of the school day on the first offense. Second Offense will require a parent to pick up the phone. Any further instances will result in the phone being confiscated for the remainder of the year.
