All notices of club meetings, athletic and social events, general information for the day and specific instructions are announced over the P.A., All-Call and/or via email. These notices should be turned in to the office in a timely manner in order to provide the announcement from interrupting the instructional environment. Special notices are posted on the bulletin boards throughout the school or are on poster signs. All posters must advertise school-sponsored events and must be approved by the administration. Information can be obtained through e-mail, web pages, daily announcements and bulletin board. Parents will also be notified by the school district's automated phone system of absentee and school events etc.
